About the job

Responsibilities
-Manage and maintain the day-to-day affairs of the client in relation to Wassp
Attend client meetings on a regular basis or when delegated to handle such tasks.
-Prepare internal tasks and workflows and submit such to the appropriate authority and teams.
-Retain all the existing clients of the organization.
-Work together with the head of department and relevant teams for proper analysis of campaigns and budgets.
-Prepare and submit to the appropriate authority in the organization, all advertising requirements.
-Meet clients’ needs latest by deadlines allotted to such needs.
-Manage the client’s account and also handle their invoicing with the head of department.
-Maintain contact with the customers at every stage of the campaigns and monthly needs.
-Check consistently and report in detail, the progress recorded on campaigns where applicable with the teams.
-Solve all the problems clients may report on and liaise with the head of department on those problems he/she finds difficult to handle.
-Make available to clients, campaign ideas and the costs from the relevant teams.
-Develop ability to up-sell / cross-sell offering to clients when required.

Requirements
Relevant degree/certificate in Psychology, Business, Management, Communication, Media studies, Statistics, Operational Research, Marketing or Advertising.

Two years’ experience in an account executive role.

The candidate must possess and demonstrate:
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills
-Strong ability to build interpersonal relationships.
-Ability to multitask with the organizational ability to manage multiple business relationships.
-Experience and skill in prioritizing tasks
-Ability to handle tasks with little or no supervision by the head of department.
-Ability to work as a member of a team.
-Possess keen eye for details.
-Have a good understanding of budget restraints.
-Possess self-confidence to help improve on the confidence level of the client in the organization.
-Ability to perform and be productive even under pressure.
-Previous experience in marketing, digital agency environment a bonus.
