What will you do?
Liaises closely with the Marketing Department in the creation of all Company communications. Generates content, edits and copy writes as required for the organisation which could include marketing, sales and financial communications, which could include institutional and personal investments; client letters, invitations, client presentations, conferences and staff events, brochure ware etc. In collaboration with Marketing , develops annual communications strategy to ensure a leading voice with target markets across all media channels: print, television, radio and digital. Liaises with marketing on the identification of newsworthy content for submission to all media channels. May assist with the production of integrated reporting and the creation of abridged annual reports. Produces and writes the quarterly staff newsletter. Continuously researches and monitors company brand’s health performance and the impact of communication and identifying areas for improvement. May manage websites and participates in the design of a customer feedback capability in respect of internal communications service delivery. Includes public relations duties.
What will make you successful in this role?
- Liaise closely with the cluster and Group Marketing Department in the creation of all Company communications.
- Generate content, edits and copy writes as required for the business which could include marketing and financial communications, client letters, invitations, client presentations, conferences and employee events, newsletters, etc.
- Develop annual communications strategy for the business using various forms of media channels.
- Assist in writing and editing of the quarterly SanFin business Review Reports.
- Coordinating and preparing of CEO staff quarterly feedback presentations.
- Research and monitor company brand’s health performance and the impact of communication and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate and manage the creation of organization’s websites and its maintenance and design a customer feedback capability in respect of internal communications service delivery.
Qualification And Experience
Degree or Diploma with 4 to 5 years related experience.
