Software Sales Position

(3 Month Probation is based on commission only. The package will be restructured thereafter)

·        Work closely with the Business Development Executive to grow the turnover of the business by securing new customers, retaining and maintaining existing clients

·        Securing client meetings via; – Cold calling, Existing database, Website inquiries, Affiliate referrals

·        Any other means of securing sales

·        Identify revenue opportunities within assigned territories through communications with prospective clients, marketing programs and other activities as needed.

·        Telephone prospects to identify appropriate contacts. Qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline.

·        Respond to customer requests for information and at times give online presentations.

·        Develop knowledge of current product/service portfolio as well as changes and developments within the industry.

·        Identify and close additional product and/or service sales with existing clients to further develop the client relationship. You’ll be constantly managing client relationships and expectations during the sales cycle.

·        Maintain existing/prospective client records, in accordance with company policies, to include call notes, scheduled client interactions, contact information, and other relevant client information, in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system

·        Attending internal sales meetings and client meetings

·        Presenting your findings to the client services team to act on, and then provide feedback to the client

·        Once the product or service has been sold you may also be required to assist in areas like implementation, training, and aftercare support.

·        Providing quality front-line high-level customer support to our Affiliates, where required

·        Implementation of software projects for medium/large/corporate organizations, which involves the coordination and implementation of several clients’ software systems.

·        General Administration Duties

·        Must have successful software sales experience.

·        Corporate client experience essential.

·        Good understanding of Work, Health & Safety Principals

·        Strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and must have attention to detail

·        Excellent selling skills

·        A keen interest in IT issues

·        The ability to write reports and proposals

·        Good negotiating skills

·        The ability to manage your time and plan your day effectively, ability to work effectively under pressure

·        Willingness and ability to learn new software systems

·        A high level of computer literacy

·        Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects at one time, meeting deadlines and taking an innovative approach to problem-solving

·        Excellent presentation skills with the confidence to train clients on our software online and face to face

·        Ability to work independently whilst also working as part of a larger team

·        Sales experience a minimum of 3 years

·        Health & Safety knowledge and exposure preferable

·        In-depth software-specific training will be provided

·        Own transport, phone, and laptop is essential
