Job Overview:

Effectively assist and manage a team as well as portfolio of clients through bespoke software. Maintain, nurture and grow client relationships as well as identify key upsell opportunities. To succeed in this role, applicants must be highly organized with excellent project management skills with an extremely high level of attention to detail. Applicants must also have experience managing people in a team environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assist with management of a team including:
  • Training
  • Mentorship
  • Micromanagement
  • Skills assessment
  • Recruitment
  • Clear and concise communication
  • Setting deadlines and enforcing these
  • Managing workflow effectively and prioritising key tasks
  • Performance reviews
  • Manage client relationships efficiently
  • Respond to client’s queries within a timeframe and structure technical responses in a certain format
  • Onboarding new clients within a structured technical framework
  • Understanding Google My Business as a key channel for client growth
  • Develop KPIs with clients and achieve them within a given time frame
  • Use bespoke Location Bank software to:
  • Do product demos
  • Track client performance and growth
  • Maintain client’s overall digital performance on key channels such as Apple, Tom Tom, Waze etc
  • Identify weak areas and strategies to improve
  • Develop bespoke strategies for community management
  • Develop bespoke strategies around local SEO
  • Identify upsell and cross sell opportunities
  • Ad-hoc liaisons with key stakeholders to manage third party platforms
  • Manage technical workflow with the resources provided
  • Written and verbal communication with clients to be professional within the scope laid out in the company culture and ethos

Minimum Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years Account Management experience is essential
  • 2-3 years’ experience managing people and projects
  • SEO background and knowledge are important
  • Marketing qualification required (Degree/Diploma)
  • Driver’s license and own reliable transport are essential
  • Proficient using MS Office
  • Must have a flare for working on various computer systems
  • CRM or good customer relationship skill set
